Want to Buy Cheap MTB Parts

So, as some of you know, I have a Balfa Minuteman 26 inch mountain bike, hardtail. Im looking for a few cheap/free (i know free is a stretch but i try) parts. What i need are, head stem bearing set, handlebars and neck (prefer shorter length), and disk brake for the front and v-pull brake in back. and possibly a new gear selector. Just throwing this out there to see what may happen. this is going to be a budget blaster/downhill/park bike. Thanks for your input, PMs are welcome along with replies.

I have shifters and derailleurs from 10 to 20 dollars each..... I also have a stem for around 20ish..... if you need several items, we can work out a cheaper deal.... PM me anytime....
